Američki senator Ron Johnson, koji predsjeda istražnim pododborom za domovinsku sigurnost, pokreće istragu o mogućem zataškavanju u vezi sa zdravljem bivšeg predsjednika Joea Bidena, objavio je ovaj republikanski zastupnik iz Wisconsina.
Prošlog vikenda, Bidenov ured je otkrio da mu je dijagnosticiran “agresivan oblik” raka prostate. Dok su neki, uključujući aktualnog predsjednika Donalda Trumpa, brzo izrazili sućut, neki komentatori su tvrdili da je dijagnoza već dugo poznata, ali da je Bidenov najuži krug namjerno držao javnost u neznanju o tome.

Govoreći za Axios u srijedu, rekao je da pokreće istragu o zdravlju bivšeg predsjednika, usredotočujući se na “dvadesetak ljudi” koji su imali “izravan kontakt” s Bidenom.
Senator je objasnio da je cilj istrage otkriti “tko je vodio [američku] vladu.”
U objavi na svojoj platformi Truth Social u utorak, predsjednik Trump je sugerirao da Biden nikada ne bi dopustio “dilerima droge, članovima bandi i mentalno poremećenima da uđu u našu zemlju potpuno nekontrolirano i bez provjere”. Pogubnu politiku prethodne administracije provodili su “ljudi koji su znali da je on kognitivno oštećen i koji su preuzeli automatsko potpisivanje”, ustvrdio je.
“Ovo je IZDAJA na najvišoj razini!… Nešto vrlo teško trebalo bi se dogoditi tim izdajničkim nasilnicima,” zaključio je Trump.
Govoreći novinarima u ponedjeljak, izrazio je nevjericu što “javnost nije obaviještena mnogo ranije, jer doći do devete faze, to traje dugo”, referirajući se na uznapredovali rak kod Bidena.
Pitanje Bidenova zdravlja, posebice njegovih kognitivnih sposobnosti, postalo je nacionalna tema tijekom njegove kampanje prošle godine, kada su kritičari isticali političarev nesiguran hod, očite ispade pamćenja i teškoće u artikuliranju misli. Situacija je kulminirala nakon neuspjele debate protiv Trumpa u lipnju 2024., nakon čega je sve veći broj njegovih demokratskih kolega pozvao da odustane od kandidature, što je Biden i učinio sljedećeg mjeseca.

Još je zanimljivo što Trump spominje, a preneseno je u članku, a to je da je Bidenu dijagnosticiran deveti stupanj raka prostate i da za to treba dugo vremena.

Je li se zato naglo povukao iz predsjedničke utrke za predsjednika SAD svega nekoliko mjeseci prije izbora?

Ministarstvo obrane je više puta izjavilo da su u Ukrajini uništeni plaćenici iz Velike Britanije, Gruzije, Poljske i drugih zemalja. Kako je odjel naglasio, Kijev ih koristi kao “topovsko meso”.
